PRESS RELEASE

UPDATE...Everything But a Groom went into its second printing in January '08

Everything But a Groom is the first book in Holly Jacobs' newest trilogy. It's set in her hometown, Erie, PA. "I love setting books in Erie. I'll confess, I'm biased...I love it here. But let's face it. There's a lot to love. We've got a Great Lake at our doorstep, big city amenities with a small town atmosphere. It's been fun taking Erie to more than twenty countries, worldwide."

The Everything But... trilogy centers around the Salo family. Years ago, their grandmother accidentally cursed her own family to wedding disasters. As her grandchildren begin to walk down the aisle, she'll do anything to break the curse. But when her oldest granddaughter, Vancy, doesn't just have a wedding disaster, but gets left at the altar, this grandmother is afraid she'll never save the family. And when she inadvertently spills the beans to the local media, and the Salo Family Wedding Curse becomes a national media frenzy, Vancy Salo feels the weight of the family curse that keeps on cursing and cursing and cursing. But maybe local landscape designer, Noah Wilde can convince her that sometimes a curse can be a blessing in disguise.
